• Identity Information: Your Name and College Email ID (@srmist.edu.in) provided during registration.
• Device Information: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver real-time push notifications.
• Profile Data: Profile pictures and department details you choose to upload.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Authenticating your access to student and member portals.
• Sending important announcements, event updates, and internal notices.
• Managing club attendance and expense claims.
• Personalizing your digital identity card within the app.
• To fetch your profile, and track your registrations & attendance.
• For fetch the current progress & make that to save in database.

Data Security & Sharing

Strict Policy: We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party organizations or advertisers. All data is securely stored using Google Firebase infrastructure.

User Control & Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account at any time via the Account Settings in the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, schedule, and all associated data from our servers.
